Privacy.
The honest version, in plain English. We keep as little as we can, we don't sell any of it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we store.
- For everyone with an account: your email address, your name, and your town. That's what an account is.
- For artists and venues: the profile information you fill in (name, description, links, photos you upload) and the calendar link you give us. From that calendar we derive your events — titles, dates, times, locations — which is the whole point of the platform.
- Your calendar link stays private. We use it to read your events and keep your listings up to date. It is never displayed publicly and we never share it with anyone.
What we do with it.
- Publish the events you choose to publish. That's the service: your public events appear on your profile, in listings, on the map, and in your embeddable widget.
- Email you sign-in links. We use magic links instead of passwords, so we email you one when you sign in.
- Later, email you notifications. When fan notifications launch, we'll email you about upcoming events from artists and venues you've faved — and you'll be able to turn that off.
What we don't do.
- We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We don't run ad tracking. No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers following you around the internet.
- We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who else touches the data.
Like nearly every website, we run on other companies' infrastructure. Honestly named, they are:
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Neon — hosts our database, where accounts, profiles and events live.
- Resend — sends our emails (sign-in links, and notifications when they arrive).
- OpenStreetMap — provides the map tiles you see on our map pages.
- Nominatim — turns place names into map coordinates so events show up in the right spot.
Each of these processes data only as needed to do its job for us.
Cookies.
One kind: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no cookie banner theatre.
Deleting your data.
