Terms.
Short and sensible. If you use fave.rocks, this is the deal.

The service.
fave.rocks is free to use and currently in early access. That means we're still building it, things will change, and the odd thing will break. The service is provided as-is — we work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee it, and we're not liable if a listing is wrong or the site is down when you need it. Always worth double-checking with the venue before you travel.
Your content is yours.
Everything you put on fave.rocks — your profile, your photos, your events — belongs to you. By publishing it here you give us permission to display it on the platform and through our widgets and listings, which is what you signed up for. Delete it and that permission ends with it.
Only list what's yours to list.
Only publish events you have the right to publish — your own gigs, or events at your own venue. Don't list other people's events as your own, and don't upload photos or artwork you don't have permission to use.
Don't be a nuisance.
No scraping the site, no spamming, no fake profiles, no abuse of other users, and no using the platform for anything unlawful. Common sense stuff — the platform exists to help live music, not to be gamed.
Our end of it.
We can remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that abuse the platform or these terms. We'll always rather have a conversation first where we can — but we won't let one bad actor spoil it for everyone else.
Changes.
As the platform grows out of early access these terms will grow with it. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let account holders know by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
